1. Donations

All donations made to AAD Jagriti Organisation are voluntary contributions towards our charitable activities.

2. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment.
• Incorrect amount charged due to technical error.
• Unauthorized transaction verified by the Organisation.

3. Refund Request

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the transaction along with payment details.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation

Since donations are voluntary charitable contributions, cancellation after successful payment is generally not permitted.
